Breakfast time. We had so much time to make waffles! We had forgotten how tasty they are. They taste a lot different than pancakes or crepes. In our opinion, they are more delicious than pancakes! You can serve them with hot tea or chocolate! They match perfectly with nutella hot chocolate! You have to try them! They are so easy to make! The only thing you must have for waffles is a waffle iron. Maybe you can make them without it but we are not so sure!
As for the decoration and toppings, you can let your imagination lead you!
We served ours with apples, cinnamon and honey, for an autumnish flavor, taste and look! And of course, we couldn't have missed chocolate for those who love it! So, we served some of them with melted nutella, colourful sprinkles and some whipped cream!
I N G R E D I E N T S for W A F F L E S :

2 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 tablespoons of caster sugar

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
D i R E C T I O N S:
- In a bowl sieve the flour, the baking powder and the salt. Then add the sugar and mix well.
- In another bowl mix well the milk, the eggs and the oil.
-Then, combine all the ingredients in the same bowl and mix till you have a homogeneous mixture.
- Swich on the waffle iron and let it heat up! Greeze it with butter and using a scoop pour equal amounts of mixture at the waffle iron till it covers the whole top. Then draw down the cap and wait till it is baked. The time is needed as well as the temprature varies! Ιt depends on your iron!
- With this mixture we made 5-6 waffles! Again, the size of the waffle depends on the size of your waffle iron!
